The sink area allows access to the plumbing and provides a large storage space with two GFI protected AC duplex electrical outlets. There is enough room in the sink area to allow two 24"D tables to be butted against the unit for use as a peninsula work area. Solid steel dog in the front jaw, when used in conjunction with a bench stop, allows oversize work to be held securely on the bench top. Machined, toed-in jaws provide a solid grip, while steel no-pinch handles provide adequate clamping pressure. The front and back jaws are drilled and tapped or counter-sunk holes to allow for optional wood facing. Vises easily fit any bench up to 3" thick. Installation template included.

Also, within the compartment is a separate drawer with a customizable foam insert (included) to store tools (not included). Each compartment is outfitted to accept a combination lock. The top is ShopTop®, which sandwiches a medium-density fiberboard between two layers of 1/2” high-density particleboard, creating a non-conductive and splinter proof top. The 1-1/4” ShopTop® can be extended an extra 8” by raising it. Lowering the extension allows the unit to fit through doorways and moves easily on six 4” heavy-duty , locking casters.
